Refund and Exchange Policy – A I N Cargo Services
Effective Date: October 31, 2025
This policy follows UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and applies to all services booked through our website, WhatsApp Business, or phone.
1- Cancellation by Customer
48 hours or more before service: Full refund minus AED 50 admin fee.
Within 48 hours: Deposit non-refundable.
Cancellations must be emailed to info@aincargo.com
2- Cancellation by A I N Cargo Services
If we cancel due to operational issues, we offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
3- Rescheduling
Requests received ≥ 24 hours before the appointment are rescheduled free of charge; < 24 hours may incur a change fee.
4- Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued using the same payment method (Paymob gateway or cash) within 7 – 14 business days after approval.
Refunds will appear in AED and may take longer depending on your bank.
5- No Product Exchange
As we provide services rather than goods, exchanges do not apply. However, adjustments to service scope can be arranged.
6- Force Majeure
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents, government restrictions) do not qualify for a refund but will be rescheduled.
