1- Acceptance
By visiting aincargo.com or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2- Services
We provide moving, packing, cargo delivery, storage and related logistics services throughout the UAE and abroad.
3- Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp Business, or by phone.
Deposits may be required.
All transactions are processed in AED via Paymob UAE using SSL-secured checkout.
VAT and any applicable fees are shown before confirmation.
4- Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup/delivery details, ensure safe access for our team, and refrain from including hazardous or prohibited materials.
5- Company Responsibilities
We perform services with professional care. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, accidents, third-party delays).
6- Liability Limit
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service unless otherwise agreed in writing or covered by insurance.
7- Refund & Cancellation
Refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for applicable conditions.
8- Intellectual Property
All content, logo, text, and design on aincargo.com are owned by A I N Cargo Services LLC. Reproduction or use without consent is prohibited.
9- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent UAE courts.
